What we do

We're a whitelabel digital marketing agency. Brands, creators, and other agencies hire us to produce the work their teams can't (or won't) handle in-house — video edits, ad creative, motion design, websites, social content.

Our work runs in feeds, on screens, and on revenue-driving landing pages every day. We've built the agency on a simple rule: the work has to be good enough that the client looks great taking credit for it.

What the work actually looks like

We're going to be honest so you don't waste a Saturday on an application that isn't for you.

Real deadlines

Most client work is 24–72 hour turnaround. We don't do "whenever you get to it."

Revisions are part of the gig

Clients change their minds. Strong editors and designers expect 1–2 rounds and don't take it personally.

You'll get a brief, not a babysitter

We tell you what's needed and when. How you make it happen is your call.

Communication > talent

A great editor who ghosts loses to a good editor who replies in 2 hours. Every time.

How we work

Remote-first, async-friendly

We're spread across time zones. Most work happens async with a few sync points per week. We respect your hours and expect you to respect ours.

Paid in USD, paid on time

Rates are role-based and negotiated up front. Invoices go out monthly. We've never missed a contractor payment and don't plan to start.

Direct feedback, no committees

You'll work with Jez and a small team. Feedback is direct and fast. We don't run your work through five rounds of internal stakeholders before it reaches you.

Real growth path

Strong performers move from project-based to retainer-based to lead roles. We promote from inside the contractor team before we go to market.

The hiring process

So you know exactly what to expect.

  1. 1

    Application

Fill out the form. Takes 8–10 min. Includes portfolio + one short writing prompt.

    You — 10 min

  2. 2

    Review

We review every application personally. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you within 5 business days.

    Us — 5 days

  3. 3

    Paid skills test

Shortlisted candidates get a short paid test (24–72 hr deliverable). You're paid on submission, fit or no fit.

    You — 2–3 days

  4. 4

    Interview

20-min call with Jez. Direct, no trick questions.

    Us — 1 week

  5. 5

    Trial project

Paid micro-project on a real (low-stakes) client task. Real conditions, real feedback.

    You — 1 week

If it works, you're in. If it doesn't, you keep the pay and the work samples.

Who shouldn't apply

We're trying to save both of us time.

If you can't show real work

Mockups, fan edits, and AI-only portfolios don't get past stage 1. We need to see client work or self-initiated projects that show your eye.

If you treat deadlines as suggestions

This is the #1 reason we let contractors go. If you're not someone who hits commitments, this isn't the place.

If you ghost on Slack/WhatsApp

We don't expect 24/7 — we expect a reply within agreed working hours.

If you're looking for full-time with benefits

We work with contractors only. If that's not what you want, we're not the right fit.

Frequently asked

+Where are most of your team based?

Primarily SEA and APAC, with team members and clients across North America, Europe, and Australia. Time zone flexibility helps.

+Do you hire entry-level?

Rarely directly. We open up Talent Pool spots for promising junior creatives and bring them in when the right brief comes up.

+What's the rate range?

Role-dependent, paid in USD, set during the interview based on your portfolio and rate expectation. We don't lowball — but we don't overpay for inflated rates either.

+Do I need to use specific software?

We list required tools on each role page. We're tool-agnostic where output quality is equal — but if you can't open the file the client sent, that's a problem.

+How long is the application form?

8–10 minutes. We removed every question that wasn't a real signal. If you're rushed, come back when you have time — half-finished applications get rejected.

Pick a role above, or apply to the Talent Pool. The form takes 8–10 minutes. We review every application personally.
